Faster paced, fitness style class which focuses on linking the movement to the breath. There's lots of variety with this type of yoga so things will be kept interesting and you can always try out and work on new poses. Please don't be put off by the thought of a fast paced class. It won't be too fast, especially in the begining as new-comers get used to the movements, and you can always take a rest whenever you need. We will build up a sweat, gain strength and stretch out those tight body parts all whilst calming the mind (and then enjoy a well earnt relaxation at the end!). Modifications can always be provided so the class is suitable for all levels. I look forward to seeing you on the mat. Please call or email me if you have any questions, concerns or just want a chat!

Sessions to try and get the most out of summer (if it ever stops raining!). At the moment I plan to hold these on the Downs in Clifton as they are near my work. Please join us if you would like to get the same benefits as the above Vinyasa class but hopefully with some added vitamin D too. No set fee for these classes, donations very greatfully received if you can afford to, but not compulsory. Let me know if you have a lovely park/outdoor space near you and a few willing friends and I can try and bring the sessions to you.
If none of these options work for you, if you have specific issues/old injuries etc that you would like to work on, or just don't enjoy group sessions then contact me for 1-1/private group sessions for yourself and your partner or a few friends. I can come to your home if you have a little bit of empty space (unfortunately my home is just too small at the moment - one day I will have a dedicated yoga room!), or if you can find a room/yoga space/outdoor area in good weather.
